How Long Does Delivery Take?
Next day delivery is usually achieved for any orders placed before 5.00pm on a working day (Mon-Fri). This is subject to stock availability, which is shown throughout the website. If orders are placed after this time then they will be despatched the following morning for next day delivery. Please note next day delivery relates to working days (Mon - Fri). For Saturday deliveries please enquire with our sales team. All purchases over £100 +vat include FREE delivery. Orders under £100 are subject to a carriage charge of £6.95 Back to Questions

All Credit Card processing is handled using trusted secure servers. We do not store credit card information, it is used in realtime only by our PSP's (Payment Service Providors). All information that is retained and used by Cartridges4Doctors is safely stored on our server. We do not distribute your information to other company's or share information with third parties. How do I setup an Instant Credit Account?
If you a are a registered practice or surgery you will have a Practice Code Number, Organisation Code or Surgery Identification Number (SIN). During the 'Checkout' process (or under My Account) you will need to enter your registered number when requested and follow the steps for placing your order. When we receive your order and verify your registered number against our database we will instantly set up your 30 day credit account and process your order accordingly.Back to Questions
